All inclusive pricing includes: 

  • 5 nights accommodations at Toji Nature Retreat, a luxurious private estate in Parrita, Costa Rica 

  • Chef Prepared Meals with sustainably sourced, fresh & local ingredients: Daily breakfast, 4 lunches, 3 dinners

  • Ground Transportation upon arrival in Costa Rica: Airport pickup & drop off, and transport to planned excursions and off-site meals. 

  • Tours and Excursions:  2 Guided hikes (Toji Hike & Rainmaker Waterfall Hike), Bonfire at the Beach.

  • Yoga Classes & Meditation 

  • All tips & Gratuities for Toji based meals and activities are included.

  • Gratuity NOT included for any guest scheduled activities, outings, & trips to beach.

Meet Jennifer Chavez, your guide to an unforgettable, soul nourishing retreat.

As a serial entrepreneur and Founder of multiple thriving businesses, Jennifer knows what it’s like to juggle it all. She built Babes in Business, a rapidly growing franchise with locations in five states, to bring women together through powerful in person events that inspire, uplift, and create lasting connections.

She also runs Helpful Rabbit, a premier branding firm specializing in luxury hotels, developers, and high end brands, helping companies grow exponentially through strategic branding and social media.

 

Beyond business, Jennifer’s true passion lies in creating spaces where women can reset, recharge, and reconnect, which is why she’s inviting you to join her on this transformational retreat.

Meet Lisa, an athlete, survivor, and movement enthusiast.

Originally from outside Pittsburgh, Lisa grew up as a competitive figure skater and dancer, later turning her passion into a 20+ year coaching career. After overcoming early stage breast cancer and undergoing a bilateral mastectomy in 2021, she turned to movement as a path to healing, training for and completing the NYC Marathon twice before discovering Lagree.

Lisa loves how Lagree blends strength, control, and mindfulness, offering endless ways to progress. When she’s not on the Megaformer, you’ll find her paddleboarding, reading, or bringing old furniture back to life. She’s excited to share her journey, energy, and love for movement with you on this retreat!

As a visionary creative director, producer, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, Diane has elevated iconic events such as The Game of Thrones Fan Experience, Gretzky’s Retirement Gala, and high-energy brand activations at the Super Bowl, Comic-Con, CES, and SXSW.

Not only is she the founder of Rubik Marketing—an award-winning experiential agency that has collaborated with beloved names like Deadpool, Frozen, The Muppets, and Ghostbusters—but she is also the owner of Powercore. Through her incredible Lagree workout community, Diane is building a supportive network of powerful women, uniting them through health and wellness. Adding to her impressive portfolio, Diane co-founded the Museum of Broadway, underscoring her commitment to innovative storytelling and cultural enrichment.

*Our itinerary is all optional. Guests may choose what they want to participate in. If a guest chooses not to do an activity, they may relax at Toji or schedule other activities with the Toji team. These are not include in the package and will be charged to your final bill. 

Frequently Asked  Questions

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY

All guests must be paid in full for their trip before arriving at Toji. 

Any guests paying a deposit, will be charged the remainder of the balance one month before the trip. December 27th, 2025 the card on file will be charged the remainder. 

 

After November 29th the option to put down a deposit will no longer be available. Any guest wanting to purchase must pay in full. 

 

Anything extra purchased or booked will be charged upon checkout. This includes but is not limited to massages, extra excursions, and gift shop items.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or any other unexpected occurrence. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before October 15th, you can request to receive a partial refund, 50%

ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant are you eligible to receive the 50% refund.

After October 15th there will be no refunds.

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders

While we do not anticipate canceling this retreat, if Babes In Business must cancel a booked Sunchasers retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.


Babes In Business is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
