Package Details

All inclusive pricing includes: 

  • 5 nights accommodations at Toji Nature Retreat, a luxurious private estate in Parrita, Costa Rica 

  • Chef Prepared Meals with sustainably sourced, fresh & local ingredients: Daily breakfast, 4 lunches, 3 dinners

  • Ground Transportation upon arrival in Costa Rica: Airport pickup & drop off, and transport to planned excursions and off-site meals. 

  • Tours and Excursions:  2 Guided hikes (Toji Hike & Rainmaker Waterfall Hike), Bonfire at the Beach.

  • Powercore Workouts & Meditation 

  • All tips & Gratuities for Toji based meals and activities are included.

  • Gratuity NOT included for any guest scheduled activities, outings, & trips to beach.

*All itinerary items are optional, guests may choose which activities they participate in or switch for pool time.

Reserve Your Spot with a Deposit.
You can secure your spot with a 50% deposit today. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file one month before the retreat—on December 27, 2025.

  • Private Bungalow (King Bed): 1 person $2,695 / 2 people $3,995

  • Shared Hillside Bungalow (2 Queen beds): $2,295 per person

  • Container Villa Private (1 King bed): 1 person $2,395 single / 2 people $3,695

  • Shared Container Villa (2 single beds) $1995 per person

*Our itinerary is all optional. Guests may choose what they want to participate in. If a guest chooses not to do an activity, they may relax at Toji or schedule other activities with the Toji team. These are not include in the package and will be charged to your final bill.

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT POLICY

​

All guests must be paid in full for their trip before arriving at Toji. 

​

Any guests paying a deposit, will be charged the remainder of the balance one month before the trip. December 27th, 2025 the card on file will be charged the remainder. 

 

After November 29th the option to put down a deposit will no longer be available. Any guest wanting to purchase must pay in full. 

 

Anything extra purchased or booked will be charged upon checkout. This includes but is not limited to massages, extra excursions, and gift shop items.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or any other unexpected occurrence. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before October 15th, you can request to receive a partial refund, 50%

ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant are you eligible to receive the 50% refund.

After October 15th there will be no refunds.

 

CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders

While we do not anticipate canceling this retreat, if Babes In Business must cancel a booked Sunchasers retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.


Babes In Business is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
