We’re kicking off 2024 with Work Hard / Play Hard - a Babes in Business Retreat!
Join a group of supportive female entrepreneurs at a private, Boss Babe-approved ocean-view eco village in Costa Rica for a 5-day immersive retreat designed to help you recharge and revitalize yourself, your brand, and your network.
This retreat is 5 days filled with yoga, beach and pool time, nature hikes, excursions, professional and personal development workshops, introspective journaling, and connecting with yourself and an amazing group of women.

5 nights accommodations at Toji Nature Retreat, a luxurious private estate in Parrita, Costa Rica

Chef Prepared Meals with sustainably sourced, fresh & local ingredients: Daily breakfast, 4 lunches, 3 dinners

Jennifer Chavez is the Founder and CEO of Babes in Business - a thriving, supportive, ever-expanding community for female entrepreneurs at every stage. With Babes In Business, she merges her passion for championing other women with her creative branding and social media marketing expertise to help entrepreneurial women tap into their own strengths, launch and level up their own thriving brands and businesses, and harness the power of in-person community with high-energy, live events across the country.
Jennifer also serves as Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Helpful Rabbit - a branding, website, and social media firm - and is a Partner in Asbury Park Bazaar, where she oversees large scale events of makers, artists and vendors. She continues to be a trusted resource and secret weapon for a wide variety of individuals and businesses who seek to develop, launch and grow strong brands and build a thriving social media presence.

Terms and Conditions
RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).
CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant
Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, illness or any other unexpected occurrence. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions.
We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Before November 15th, you can request to receive a partial refund, 50%
ONLY if we are able to reassign your room to another participant are you eligible to receive the 50% refund.
After November 15th there will be no refunds.
CANCELLATION | Initiated by retreat leaders
While we do not anticipate canceling this retreat, if Babes In Business must cancel a booked Sunchasers retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Babes In Business is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
