Hey Babe,
I’m Jennifer Chavez—founder, CEO, and the force behind Babes In Business.
I created this community because I saw a gap in the networking world—a space where ambitious, creative, and driven women could truly connect, be seen, and grow together. What started as one local meetup quickly evolved into a movement. I’ve since franchised Babes In Business across multiple states, giving even more women the platform, tools, and support to launch, scale, and thrive in their businesses.
Whether you’re just dreaming up your next big idea or already running the show, this is your space. You don’t need a business card to belong—just a willingness to show up, learn, and be inspired. Because when we come together as a community, we rise faster and further than we ever could alone.
My mission has always been clear: help as many women as possible start businesses and accelerate their success. And I’m just getting started.
