a creamy, almost smoky complexity from the oak maturation. Traces of minerality add to the richness of fruit.

Rosemount Show Reserve Shiraz
Colour: A deep, richly coloured wine - red with purple hues.
Nose: The nose is generous with rich red fruit aromas, touches of spice, pepper, vanilla and crème brulée.
Palate: A complex wine with generous, lingering flavours. Rich, soft plum flavours meld with complex spice and pepper notes and touches of creamy, vanilla oak. The palate has an even, supple texture and finishes with great persistence. A very rounded, soft and full flavoured Shiraz from the region's 20 to 60 year old vines.
Variety: Shiraz
Region: McLaren Vale
Maturation: This wine was matured for 18 months in a combination of new, one and two year old American and French oak.
