Director's letter

Dear Babes,

2010 is a milestone year for Babes in Business. In January, we will be announcing new incentives for businesses wishing to register female members of staff to become part of our network.

We are working on a full year of events that will create networking opportunities for women from all professions and industries. We are currently talking with long standing partners and new partners in relation to these events. Do let us know if you have any particular events you would like to see on the agenda next year, or if you are looking to partner on any activities.

It was such a wonderful close to 2009 at the annual Triumph Babes in Business lunch. More than 350 joined in the celebrations at Gianni Events, Portside Wharf.

Lady Mayoress Lisa Newman delivered an uplifting and warm speech to the Babes network, describing our annual christmas event as one of the premium events on the Brisbane calendar.

There were plenty of new connections made, and an awful lot of fun, late into the evening at Byblos.
