Signals men send that they are interested by:
- Grooming: Adjusting or stroking his tie, fiddling with his collar
or hand combing his hair. He is drawing attention to himself and wants
you to look.
- Loosening Off: Partly unbuttoning his shirt or loosening his tie.
This shows that he is comfortable around you and wants to get to know
you more.
- Eyebrow Flash: Raising his eyebrows and flashing them upward
signals a strong interest. By raising his eyebrows he flaunts his
desire to contact more with you.
- The Arm Guide: Walking you through a room with his arm around the
small of your back or holding your elbow. This shows that he is really
interested. He wants everyone in the room to know that he is with you.
- The Head Tilt: Standing with his head cocked slightly to one side.
This shows his softer side. By tilting his head, he is showing that he
genuinely is interested and wants to get to you more.
- The Walk: It becomes strong and determined he knows where he's going.
Confidence is sexy. Men show their confidence by holding their head up
high when they walk. It says that they are confident in who they are.
When a man is interested, he shows his confidence.
 Signals women send that they are interested by:
- Smiles: Lots of them. If she laughs at your jokes too, she really
likes you. When a woman smiles it shows that she is happy and having
fun. The more smiles the better.
- The Eye Linger: Holding your gaze signals a strong sexual interest.
Eye contact displays that they are into you and that she is intently
listening to everything you say as well as focusing solely on you.
- The Lip Lick: Licking or biting her lips or running her tongue across
her front teeth draws your attention to her mouth and is intriguing.
If she licks her lip, you can best that she is definitely into you and
that she is thinking past the first date.
- The Touch and the Lean: Leaning forward and touching your arm is her
way of bestowing affection on you ... she's inviting you into her personal
space. Women are very contagious when it comes to touching the
opposite sex. They know that touching your arm displays affection.
- The Fondle: Plays with her jewelry, especially with stroking and
pulling notions. She is drawing your attention to what she is wearing.
- The Kick and Thrust: Crossing one leg over the other and pointing it
toward you or kicking it out and up while thrusting her body forward.
She wants to lean in closer to you and show you that she is interested
in getting to know you further.
Now that you know how to read the opposite sex, be conscious about
signals you send and signals he or she sends. If you are interested in
the other person, don't be shy. Show that person that you are enjoying
their company and that you definitely want to see them again.
